This is further to our Notice No.20090116-11 dated January 16, 2009 informing order no. WTM/TCN/159/IVD2/Jan/09 dated January 14, 2009 passed by SEBI restraining M/s. Cardioid Securities Pvt. Ltd., Shri Abhayraj Shukla and Shri. Parimal Bhagvatilal Bhalija from accessing the securities market either directly or indirectly and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of 6 months from the date of the order.
